Delete your data
Rainbow Mane: Pony Care, made by Andrii Ashomok, does not use accounts or sign-in — your game lives only on your device. Here is exactly how to delete it, what that deletes, and what (if anything) we are left holding.
How to delete your data
- In the app (fastest): open Settings (⚙) → For parents, pass the parent check, then choose Delete game data and confirm. Your pets, progress, purchases record and settings are wiped from the device immediately.
- Uninstall the app: removing Rainbow Mane: Pony Care from your device also removes everything the app stored there — Android does this automatically, with no extra step needed.
- Write to us: email support@rainbowmane.app with the subject “Delete my data” if you’d like us to confirm there’s nothing else on our side, or if you have any other privacy request. We reply within 30 days.
What this deletes — and what it doesn’t
| Data | What happens when you delete |
|---|---|
| Game progress (pets, names, care levels, gold, items, friendship, daily tasks) | Stored only on your device. Deleted instantly and completely — we never had a copy to begin with. |
| Settings (language, sound, reminders, age group) | Same as above: on-device only, deleted together with your game data. |
| Purchase history | Kept by Google Play as part of your Google account, under Google’s own policies — not something we store or can delete. Manage it at play.google.com → Order history. |
| Advertising data (Google AdMob) | No advertising ID is used for any player. Google AdMob may process your IP address and device information to show ads, under Google’s own policies; this isn’t held by us. |
| Support emails | If you’ve written to us, we keep that email for up to 12 months after your question is resolved, then delete it. Tell us if you’d like it deleted sooner. |
What we keep after you delete
The current version of Rainbow Mane: Pony Care has no user accounts and no server database — once you delete your game data or uninstall the app, nothing about you remains on our side. If a future version adds an optional cloud save (see the Firebase section of the Privacy Policy for what’s planned), we will update this page first and explain exactly what that changes.
Full details on what we collect, why, and how long it’s kept are in the Privacy Policy; see also the For parents page.
